Fresh mulch on the garden bed, to weeding, rubbish removal and a new lick of paint. Does the patio or porch need to be re-stained? Does the doorbell work? Once you’ve got the buyer inside, its important to do the basics right. Ensure the light globes work, the walls are a neutral, non-polarising colour, and there is minimal clutter lying around the home. But why stop at the basics?
